Why Michael Started AquaVision Pool Care

He Was a Pool Owner First

After buying a home with a pool in Las Vegas, Michael discovered that pool care is harder to understand than it looks. Chemistry, equipment, terminology: a lot of it never gets explained clearly to homeowners. He was figuring it out the same way most of his clients were when they first called him.

His engineering background changed how he thought about it. A pool is a system, not a series of unrelated tasks. When something goes wrong, it's usually something small that was missed earlier. That's how he started approaching his own pool, and it worked well enough that he got serious about it. He earned his CPO certification, spent time caring for community pools with real compliance requirements, and built up hands-on experience before he ever took on a paying client.

AquaVision Pool Care exists because the service he wanted as a homeowner didn't seem to exist: someone reliable who would explain what they found, keep track of what changed between visits, and actually care whether the pool stayed healthy rather than just get the job done and leave.

"I couldn't be happier with AquaVision Pool Care. I highly recommend Michael for anyone looking for top-notch pool care."
Lisa , Las Vegas homeowner

How Michael Works

Who does the work on every visit? +

Michael is the owner and the technician. Customers work directly with him rather than a rotating crew. That means consistent communication, direct accountability, and a clear connection between the person doing the work and the person responsible for the service.

What does Michael's CPO certification mean for my pool? +

A Certified Pool Operator credential represents formal training in water chemistry, safety standards, filtration, and pool care decision-making. It supports a more professional approach to diagnosing pool problems and making the right call on treatment and maintenance.

How does Michael approach pool care? +

Michael treats pool care as a system. Cleaning, water chemistry, circulation, filtration, equipment condition, and weather all connect. His goal is to understand what is happening with the pool and explain it clearly rather than just work through a checklist.

How does Michael communicate after a service visit? +

Michael sends a written service report after every visit through a professional pool care app. The report includes water chemistry readings, work completed, photos where relevant, and any suggested follow-up. You should always know what happened during your service.

Does AquaVision Pool Care recommend draining as a first solution? +

No. Michael evaluates the pool condition before recommending a drain. In the Las Vegas Valley, water matters. If an issue can be addressed responsibly without draining, that is the starting point.
