Before & After

A Severe Algae Bloom. No Drain Required.

Aaron had cleared the algae once. It came back within weeks. Michael found three root causes the first treatment had missed, and cleared the pool without draining a drop.

Real results from a pool serviced by AquaVision Pool Care in the Las Vegas Valley.

Michael's baseline test showed zero chlorine and some of the highest phosphate levels he had encountered. The pool sits on a canyon edge, and a recent large pool party had loaded the water with phosphates. Without cyanuric acid to stabilize it, chlorine was burning off in the Las Vegas summer heat before it could hold.

When Aaron first cleared the bloom, the filters weren't cleaned. After a bloom like this, algae gets into the filter itself and reseeds the pool. Michael cleared the phosphates, restored the chemistry, and cleaned the filters twice over two weeks.

Keeping it that way is what weekly service is for.

Most people assume a pool this far gone needs to be drained. Draining wastes thousands of gallons in the desert and doesn't fix what caused the bloom. We fixed the cause.

"I spent a few weeks trying to fix this myself and it kept coming back. Michael figured out what was actually causing it."
