Community & Shared Pools
Community & HOA Pool Care
in the Las Vegas Valley
A community pool has to stay clean, safe, and open all season. AquaVision Pool Care keeps your shared pool and spa balanced, maintained, and ready for inspection, with a Certified Pool Operator accountable for it.
For HOAs & Property Managers
Community & Shared Pool Care
For HOA boards, property managers, and community associations across the Las Vegas Valley who need shared pools and spas maintained to professional standards and kept ready for inspection.
What This Looks Like
A shared pool carries a heavier load than a backyard pool and leaves no room for an off week, so AquaVision Pool Care builds the work around consistency: testing and balancing the water every visit, cleaning the surfaces before residents arrive, keeping a close watch on the equipment, and logging every reading so the record is there when the health inspector or the board asks for it.
Who This Is a Good Fit For
- HOA boards and community associations
- Property managers responsible for shared amenities
- Active-adult and 55+ communities
- Condo and apartment communities with a shared pool or spa
CPO Certification (PHTA) No. C-136613
Nationally recognized water chemistry and pool safety credential, the standard for operating a community or shared pool.
Southern Nevada Health District Permit No. PR0156171
Commercial swimming pool certification, Clark County. Valid through 2030.
A Practical Partner
Built Around Your Board's Budget
Michael runs AquaVision Pool Care as an owner-operator, so the person accountable for your pool is the same one accountable for its cost. AquaVision Pool Care scopes the work to what the pool needs and keeps spending predictable, so the pool stays a line item the board doesn't have to question.
How AquaVision Pool Care Works With Boards
-
Scope Tied to Need
Every recommendation maps to a specific condition in the pool, so you fund the maintenance the asset needs rather than a padded scope of work.
-
Predictable, Budgetable Cost
Routine care is a known monthly number, and larger work is sequenced to fit the board's budget cycle instead of landing all at once.
-
Prevents Capital Repairs
Catching a failing pump or a chemistry problem early is the difference between a service call now and a deferred-maintenance bill the board has to fund later.
-
Approved Before It's Billed
Anything beyond routine service is quoted and signed off in advance, so nothing reaches the budget without the board's approval.
What Your Manager Gets
-
Updates to the Manager
Reporting goes to your board or property manager, not just whoever happens to be at the pool that day.
-
A Set, Predictable Schedule
Service lands regularly on the days and time your team can count on, at the standard set for the account, without gaps in coverage.
-
Coverage That Doesn't Lapse
Service is built to meet your pool's schedule every day it's required, and to scale as the community's needs grow.
-
Inspection-Ready Records
Logged chemistry and completed tasks, documented and available whenever the health district or the board asks.
-
Owner-Led Accountability
Michael sets the standard your pool is held to and stays accountable for compliance as the work grows, so there's always one owner standing behind the result.
Scope of Service
What Every Visit Covers
Each visit is adjusted to what the pool and spa actually need that day. Cleaning is handled as the pool calls for it, while water chemistry and safety are tested and checked every single day.
Cleaning
Skimming, netting, and vacuuming, scrubbing tiles, walls, steps, and benches, and clearing debris and hazards from the pool and deck.
Water Chemistry
Tested every visit and balanced to stay safe for swimmers and easy on the equipment, with the automatic chemical feeder kept supplied.
Equipment & Safety
Pumps, filters, baskets, and safety features checked for proper operation, and the filter cleaned when it comes due.
The Paper Trail
Documentation Your Board and Inspector Expect
For a community pool, the records matter as much as the water. AquaVision Pool Care logs every visit with the water chemistry, the chemicals applied, and the work completed, plus photos from the visit, so the board and the health inspector both have a clear, current record of the pool's care.
- Chemistry Readings: pH, chlorine, alkalinity, and stabilizer tested and recorded on every visit.
- Chemicals Applied: Every dose logged by type and amount, so the record stays complete.
- Tasks Completed: A clear list of what was done, from scrubbing to equipment checks.
- Photos: Visual documentation from the visit, attached to the record.

Community Pool Care Questions
What Boards and Managers Ask
Do you carry the insurance our association requires? +
Yes. AquaVision Pool Care carries commercial general liability insurance suited to community and shared pools, and can provide a current certificate of insurance with the additional insured endorsements an association or management company requires, along with a copy of the business license, as part of a proposal.
Are you certified to maintain a community pool in Clark County? +
Yes. AquaVision Pool Care holds a Certified Pool Operator credential and a Southern Nevada Health District commercial pool permit. Community and shared pools in Clark County must be maintained to a certified standard, and every visit is run to that standard.
What's included in community pool service, and what isn't? +
The base service covers daily cleaning, water testing and chemical balancing, skimmer and pump basket cleaning, equipment and safety checks, filter maintenance, and a logged record of every visit. Repairs, replacement parts, and one-time projects are quoted separately and approved before any work begins. A proposal lays out exactly what's in the base contract and what's billed as needed.
Can you cover our pool every day through the summer? +
Yes. AquaVision Pool Care services community pools daily through the swim season, when bather load is heaviest and the pool can't miss a day, then shifts to a reduced off-season schedule that keeps the pool and equipment protected while it's closed. Service days are set with your management company so your team knows exactly when to expect us.
What documentation do the board and health inspector receive? +
Every visit is logged with water chemistry readings, chemicals applied, tasks completed, and photos. That record is available to your board and management company and matches what a Southern Nevada Health District inspection looks for, so the pool's care stays documented and easy to review.
How do you handle emergencies or problems between visits? +
When an equipment failure, safety issue, or water problem comes up, AquaVision Pool Care responds quickly to keep the pool safe, and reports it to your management company right away. Emergency and after-hours availability, along with any associated rates, are spelled out in the proposal so there are no surprises.
How are repairs and additional costs approved? +
Routine service is a fixed, predictable cost. Anything beyond it, a repair, a part, or a one-time project, is quoted in advance and approved by your board or management company before work starts, so nothing is billed without sign-off. Recommendations are limited to what the pool actually needs.
What keeps service from lapsing if someone is unavailable? +
Coverage is built so the schedule holds. AquaVision Pool Care is owner-led, so there's always clear accountability for your pool's standard and compliance, and the operation is structured to keep the schedule and scale as a community's needs grow.
